Consultation Services Policy

Educational and Consultative Focus

At 21st Capital, we operate as a hub for knowledge and service, dedicated to offering educational and advisory services to individuals and businesses navigating the landscape of secure Bitcoin management practices. Our mission is to empower clients with a comprehensive understanding and utilization of publicly available open-source hardware, software, and resources to safeguard their Bitcoin assets.

Wallet Interface Disclaimer

At 21st Capital, we prioritize empowering our customers by ensuring they have full control over their own private keys at all times. Consequently, we do not assume responsibility for any technical errors that may occur on the customer’s wallet interface. While we provide step-by-step guidance to assist our clients, we are not liable for any mistakes that result in the misdirection of funds, such as sending funds to an incorrect address or receiving funds at an unintended address. As we do not have access to, or control over, our clients’ private keys, we cannot take responsibility for any such errors or losses. Clients are encouraged to double-check all transaction details and seek our guidance where necessary, but they assume full responsibility for the security and accuracy of their transactions.

Non-Sale of Hardware/Software

We refrain from engaging in direct sales or reselling of any hardware or software. Instead, our recommendations are solely rooted in publicly accessible open-source solutions, encouraging clients to procure these from reputable vendors independently.

Disclosure of Financial Neutrality

21st Capital operates as a technical consultancy firm. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information to our clients, however, it is imperative to understand that we do not offer any form of financial advice. This includes but is not limited to, buy or sell signals, investment recommendations, or market predictions.

Clients engaging with 21st Capital acknowledge and agree that any financial decisions made are solely their own responsibility. We do not assume any liability for the consequences of such decisions. It is highly recommended that clients conduct their own research or seek professional advice before making any financial transactions.

By using our services, clients affirm that they understand the inherent risks involved in financial markets and accept full responsibility for their investment actions. 21st Capital shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of decisions made based on information provided through our platform.

We strongly advise clients to exercise caution and diligence when navigating financial markets. Our role is to provide access to information and tools, but ultimate decision-making authority rests with the individual client.

Advocates of Self-Custody

Our services strongly advocate for the self-custody model, emphasizing clients’ autonomy and complete control over their Bitcoin assets. We neither have access to nor store any client funds or assets, ensuring a decentralized and secure approach to asset management.

Tailored Consultation Services

Our consultation services cater to clients seeking personalized guidance on diverse topics, such as Bitcoin self-custody, node setup, wallet configuration, and inheritance planning. Each consultation is crafted to address the unique circumstances and requirements of the client.

Privacy Safeguard

We hold a steadfast commitment to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ information. Our operational framework is meticulously designed to adhere to privacy standards, ensuring a secure and confidential client experience.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Approach

Given our role as non-custodians without direct transaction authority, 21st Capital does not enforce “KYC” procedures. This approach aligns with our dedication to user privacy and security. In cases of key loss, we guide users through independent key recovery processes, maintaining compliance while upholding user autonomy and privacy.
